RETURN / REFUND POLICY

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy applies exclusively to goods purchased online through the Glenelly website and is limited to purchases and/or deliveries within South Africa only.

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED ORDERS
Incorrectly supplied orders can be returned to Glenelly within 3 days of delivery, or alternatively, collection may be arranged with Glenelly. All returned goods must be unopened and in their original packaging. In the event that the goods delivered do not match the order, Glenelly will reimburse you for reasonable courier costs. If the exact vintage cannot be supplied, Glenelly may, at its discretion, provide an alternative vintage or issue a refund.

FAULTY GOODS
Faulty goods can be returned at your own cost for inspection. If the goods are found to be faulty, Glenelly will reimburse you for the original purchase price of the goods, as well as reasonable courier costs. Refunds may be provided through replacement of the relevant goods, a credit note and / or a refund at Glenelly’s discretion.

EXPECTATIONS OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES
While we are happy to assist in guiding you through your selection process, we cannot guarantee that your personal preferences or expectations will be met. In such cases, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED GOODS
Goods should be inspected upon delivery. Broken and / or damaged goods should not be accepted. Due to the nature of the products, packaging, and the risk of spoilage if the goods are not correctly stored or used, Glenelly cannot accept liability for any damages to goods once the goods have been delivered.
